1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing products, placing orders, or using the services of HaengBokCakeYo Korean Cake Shop ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Ordering Policy

2.1 Regular Orders

Regular cake and pastry orders can be placed in-store, by phone, or email. We recommend placing orders in advance during peak seasons and holidays.

2.2 Custom Cake Orders

Custom cake orders require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. Complex designs may require additional time. A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation.

2.3 Order Confirmation

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We will confirm your order and provide pickup/delivery details within 24 hours of your request.

2.4 Cancellation Policy

Regular orders can be cancelled up to 4 hours before pickup time. Custom cake orders require 24 hours advance notice for cancellation. Deposits for cancelled custom orders may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Methods

We accept cash, all major credit cards, and local payment methods including PayNow and GrabPay.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Current prices are displayed in-store and on our menu.

3.3 Custom Orders

Custom cake orders require a 50% deposit upon confirmation, with the balance due upon pickup or delivery.

4. Food Safety & Allergies

4.1 Allergen Information

Our products may contain common allergens including wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy. Please inform us of any food allergies when placing your order.

4.2 Cross-Contamination

While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen handles multiple allergens. We cannot guarantee that our products are completely free of allergens.

4.3 Food Safety

Our products are made fresh daily. Perishable items should be consumed within the recommended timeframe and stored properly.

5. Pickup & Delivery

5.1 Pickup

Orders are available for pickup during our operating hours. Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID.

5.2 Delivery

Delivery services are available within Singapore for orders above $50. Delivery fees apply and will be communicated upon order confirmation.

5.3 Timing

We strive to have orders ready at the specified time. However, during peak periods, slight delays may occur.

6. Quality Guarantee

We are committed to providing high-quality Korean desserts. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.

7. Liability

HaengBokCakeYo Korean Cake Shop is not liable for any adverse reactions to our products. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions consume our products at their own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All custom cake designs created by HaengBokCakeYo remain our intellectual property. We reserve the right to photograph and use images of our creations for marketing purposes.
