Iced Americano Mastery

Coffee Quality

Use freshly roasted, medium to dark roast beans for the best flavor. Korean cafés often prefer slightly darker roasts.

Ice Technique

Use plenty of ice to quickly cool the espresso and prevent over-extraction. Large ice cubes melt slower.

Korean Style

Koreans typically drink americanos without milk or sugar, appreciating the pure coffee flavor.
