Strawberry Milk Secrets

Strawberry Selection

Use the ripest, sweetest strawberries available. Korean strawberries are typically smaller and sweeter than Western varieties.

Texture Options

Strain the puree for smooth milk, or leave unstrained for a more textured drink with strawberry pieces.

Sweetness Balance

Adjust sugar based on strawberry sweetness. The drink should taste naturally fruity, not overly sweet.
